I have not eaten ice cream for a long time, which promised me so little quality. I had a vanilla ice cream, but there was nothing to be tasted of vanilla. Furthermore, the ice was full of ice crystals and the prices are clearly too high (more expensive than in downtown Hamburg).

€ 6.50 for a strawberry cup with only two balls of ice I find very expensive. The extra ball cost 1.50 € instead of 1.20 € as in street sales and self-service! The service seemed to be bothered by my requests. The ice was good in taste, but the ice at Café Fiedler is much better for the same price. The sundae was brimming with sauce, which promptly led to the mess and napkins were in short supply. I will enjoy my ice cream in another ice cream café in the future.

My first ice cream here at the ice factory this year. I'm a bit disappointed Málaga and Amarena cherry somehow had no taste.

The ice cream is delicious and the portions good. At the ice factory itself bothers me very much that you have to order at the bar when sitting at the table. Not very customer friendly. And closed at 6 pm was impossible this summer. Therefore only 3 stars
